Young Persons Mentor
We have an immediate vacancy for a Young Persons Mentor covering our two homes in Gillingham, Kent.
This is a 42-hour per week role plus sleep-ins, supporting young people to grow, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes. If you’re passionate about making a real difference (and can bring energy, patience, and a sense of humour to the job!), we’d love to hear from you.
Pay Scale:
• On commencement: £12.50 per hour
• From 1 April 2026: £13.00 per hour
• After 12 months service: £14.00 per hour
• Sleep-in rate: £50.00 per night
