She has held a range of leadership roles, including Registered Manager, Area Manager, Regulation 44 Visitor, Mentor, and Responsible Individual.

Rekha is a strategic and compassionate leader, skilled in developing managers, guiding teams through Ofsted processes, and maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
