Reason8 is a development programme for children’s home managers.
The programme has been written by a very experienced registered manager, a responsible individual, and an ex-Ofsted social care regulatory inspector.
You will be provided with a mentor who will meet with you 1-2 times per month. They will go through the exercises with you and leave you with some work to do in-between visits. The aim is for the workbook to be relevant to your workplace and specific needs.
